Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC certification
- Wisconsin state SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- Prior school-based experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide direct therapy for students aged elementary through high school
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and complete mandated reporting
- Engage in IEP meetings and contribute insights to student support plans
