School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Green Bay, Wisconsin

Your expertise will support a diverse caseload of approximately 38–40 students across elementary, middle, and high school settings. You’ll have the chance to see a variety of needs and skill levels, further developing your own professional abilities as you work directly with students, teachers, and families.

Key qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid CCC-SLP certification
- Prior school-based experience preferred
- Ability to manage caseloads across multiple age groups
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Primary responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students for a range of speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
