School Speech Language Pathologist - Grayslake, Illinois

Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license (upload screenshot as part of your application)
- Professional Educator License (PEL) required (include screenshot)
- Ability to verify credentials using the state websites
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CF) are also encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school-based role or in pediatric settings is valued
- Comfortable with K-12 caseloads and adaptable to evolving needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students ranging from kindergarten through twelfth grade
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on student needs and IEP requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, multidisciplinary teams, and families to promote student progress
- Accurately document services and maintain all required records
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as needed
