- Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to a dynamic K-12 caseload (exact numbers to be finalized)
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to the school team
