Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligible)
- SLP-CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in K-12 school settings preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP process and documentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Comfortable with a full-time schedule and flexibility as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings for students K-12
- Develop, implement, and update individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team activities
- Support and mentor students through evidence-based interventions
