School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Grantville, Georgia
Join a dynamic school-based setting as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) supporting students with diverse communication needs. We are currently hiring three full-time SLP positions located in Grantville, GA, designed to provide structured, high-quality therapy within an established framework supporting both direct and indirect services.
Positions Available:
- 2 Full-Time, Onsite roles (40 hours/week)
- 1 Full-Time, Hybrid role: 3 days onsite providing direct services and 2 days virtual for teletherapy and remote documentation
Work Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: Direct therapy, student support, and team collaboration
- Friday: Focus on documentation, Medicaid billing, and compliance tasks
- Hybrid schedule includes a mix of onsite and virtual service delivery based on student needs and district guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy aligned with Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and service requirements
- Effectively manage caseload to guarantee all students receive necessary support; make up missed sessions to maintain compliance
- Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation adhering to district, state, and Medicaid standards
- Coordinate billing and time tracking ensuring alignment with documented services
- Conduct planning, collaboration, and reporting within scheduled work hours, documenting all indirect services
- Ensure audit readiness through consistent compliance with record-keeping requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP certification with relevant credentials, including CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year)
- Experience in school-based speech-language pathology preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to documentation and compliance standards
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a structured schedule
