Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Valid and current state licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings
- Knowledge of teletherapy service delivery
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to individualized education programs and a variety of student needs
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Utilize teletherapy tools for remote sessions as assigned
- Monitor and document student progress, modifying approaches as needed
- Serve as a resource to staff and families regarding therapy interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and administrators to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely records according to school guidelines
