This itinerant role allows you to engage with multiple school communities while managing your time effectively to provide comprehensive support.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC certification
- Current state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working in school-based settings, preferably with K-12 students
- Strong organizational and case management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language intervention services to students as indicated in IEPs
- Manage a caseload requiring a total of 3600 minutes per week across all speech and language students
- Serve as primary case manager, overseeing documentation, progress reporting, and scheduling meetings
- Develop tailored treatment plans and monitor student progress toward communication goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service professionals
- Travel between four school sites to ensure service delivery to all assigned students
