Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current Arizona SLP license (or eligibility to apply)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome
- Experience with pediatric and/or school-based populations is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt therapy to meet the unique needs of each student
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and write individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff and families
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services for students across various grade levels
- Maintain thorough records and progress documentation in accordance with school policies
- Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and multidisciplinary planning
- Educate and support teachers and caregivers on strategies for language development and communication
