Desired Skills & Experience:
- Current license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Arizona
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or active Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcome
- Prior experience in school settings and/or pediatrics is strongly preferred
- Understanding of assessment tools and individualized education program (IEP) processes
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse student needs
Daily Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions for students with a range of communication disorders
- Document progress and maintain clear communication with families, teachers, and school staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and team collaborations for student success
- Provide both direct and consultative services tailored to each student’s abilities and goals
- Maintain compliance with school, district, and state procedures
