Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
- Experience working within schools or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
Responsibilities & Key Duties:
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations for students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy for a diverse caseload of students
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports to comply with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to foster student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
- Engage in professional development and contribute positively to the school community
