Key Requirements:
- Valid Speech Language Pathology license and IVP Clearance Card
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent credentials
- Eligible to provide direct and indirect services to K-8 students
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred, though not mandatory
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or relevant pediatric SLP experience is advantageous
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individual education plans (IEPs) tailored for each student based on their specific needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students’ progress
- Document session notes, progress, and recommendations according to school and professional standards
- Deliver services in compliance with federal and state regulations
