Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting high school students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a flexible, itinerant role across three campuses in the Rillito, AZ area. This full-time, full-school-year position is ideal for professionals passionate about making an impact across a diverse caseload. You’ll primarily serve students at Mountain View High School while also providing dedicated support at two additional sites. With a caseload of approximately 60-70 students, you’ll work with individuals facing a range of challenges, from mild articulation disorders to those in adaptive cluster programs and on the autism spectrum.
Whether you’re a Clinical Fellow eager to grow or an experienced SLP ready to guide an SLPA, your expertise will be valued in a collaborative, student-centered environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow eligibility
- Arizona state SLP license and active standard certification
- Active IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Experience in school settings is preferred
- Ability to work effectively across multiple locations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Openness to supervising or collaborating with an SLPA
Key responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations, direct therapy, and progress monitoring for a caseload of 60-70 students
- Serve students with a variety of needs: mild articulation to severe disabilities, including those with ASD
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Travel across three high school sites as part of an itinerant role
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with state/school regulations
- Support students in adaptive and mainstream program clusters
