Actively hiring Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) – Goldsboro, NC - 2026–2027 School Year
These are full-time, onsite position working with a K–12 caseload based on district needs. New grads encouraged to apply. Position Details:
Full-time - (32.5 - 40 hours per week)
2026–2027 school year
K–12 caseload (placement based on experience/preference)
Onsite role
Responsibilities:
Implement documented treatment plans and therapy activities designed by the supervising SLP.
Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in individual, small group, or classroom settings as outlined in IEPs.
Adapt or create therapy materials, visual aids, and games to support student engagement and goal mastery.
Support students in using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices under SLP direction.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active NC SLPA license - or willingness to acquire
School-based experience is a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
$25-40+ per hour based on experience
