Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Golden, CO for the 2026–2027 school year. This opportunity offers a manageable caseload of approximately 25 students across K–12 grade levels at a single school site, allowing clinicians to build strong relationships with students and staff while delivering high-quality speech and language services.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to K–12 students
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Address communication disorders including articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic language skills
- Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and support student achievement goals
Qualifications
- Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
