Key Qualifications:
- Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC-SLP required)
- Prior experience or passion for working in school-based or special education settings
- Strong background in life skills, functional communication, and mixed-abilities programs is ideal
- Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services, aligning treatment plans with students’ everyday needs
- Maintain thorough, timely records and participate in IEP meetings
- Engage and communicate effectively with teachers, families, and support staff
Enjoy a set Monday–Friday schedule, with student days from 7:35 AM to 2:50 PM—plus flexibility for interviews, which can be completed onsite or virtually. Drive real change while building meaningful relationships with students and colleagues.
