Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Kansas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
- Experience providing services in school settings is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Manage multiple caseloads across various age groups or needs
- Complete documentation consistent with school requirements
