Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current or pending SLP-CCC or suitable for SLP-CFY
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and collaborative skills

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders for K-12 students
  • Deliver therapy sessions customized to each student’s IEP
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to promote student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide guidance and support to paraprofessionals and staff
