Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Peoria, AZ

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Current licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Arizona
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students with a variety of communication needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
- Monitor and document student progress, adapting interventions as needed
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations
