School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist – Student Communication & Intervention Specialist (2026/2027 School Year)
A school district in the Gilroy, CA area is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year. Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students across grade levels
Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals based on student needs
Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
Support students with articulation, language processing, fluency, and social communication skills
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
Maintain documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance with district requirements
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility and placement decisions
Experience:
School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in team-based environments
CFY candidates and new graduates encouraged to apply
Education:
Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
Active California Speech Language Pathologist License required
