School Speech Language Pathologist - Gettysburg, Pennsylvania

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license (must submit with resume)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred (Clinical Fellows considered with agency supervision funding)
- Experience or passion for working with preschool-aged children with special needs
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students ages 3–5, individually and in small groups
- Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each child’s developmental goals
- Engage with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and inclusion
- Travel within the assigned area to provide on-site services following the preschool stretch calendar (188 days/year)
- Maintain comprehensive records and provide regular progress updates
- Dedicate part of each week to paperwork and planning, with scheduled administrative time
- Utilize provided technology—laptop, iPad, testing kits, and access to lesson planning subscriptions
