Qualifications and Experience Desired:
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably across K-12 settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborative team work
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and therapy goals
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify speech, language, voice, and communication disorders in students
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans for students on your caseload
- Document progress and maintain timely, accurate records in accordance with district and regulatory standards
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom environments
- Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions as appropriate for students’ needs
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development and reviews
