Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience in pediatric, healthcare, and/or school-based settings strongly desired
- Comprehensive understanding of IEPs and case management within a school environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt intervention plans as needed
Your Role:
- Deliver assessments, diagnostics, and direct therapy services for students with a wide array of speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain diligent documentation to meet school and compliance standards
