Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Allen, TX

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure and ASHA certification (CFY or CCC considered)
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge in language, speech, voice, and fluency disorders
- Ability to build rapport with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, or communication challenges
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, staff, and families to ensure optimal student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely records, progress notes, and reports
- Participate in team and IEP meetings as required
