What You'll Need:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience as a school-based SLP working across elementary to high school ages is highly valued
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with education staff, students, and families
- Ability to work independently on-site with a multidisciplinary team
Your Role:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students TK-12th grade
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct speech/language screenings and assessments
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes per district and professional standards
- Participate in team meetings and provide guidance to SLPAs as needed
