What We’re Looking For:
- Current, active Speech-Language Pathology licensure in Virginia
- Experience working with school-aged children, ideally across elementary settings
- Reliable transportation for visiting multiple campuses and home-based services (no virtual options)
- Willingness to start the Virginia Department of Social Services background check process immediately
- Up-to-date TB test per state requirements
- Ability to work independently and adapt to varying school and home environments
- Dedication to providing personalized, high-quality care
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments, develop targeted treatment plans, and document progress
- Provide direct intervention and support tailored to students’ unique needs and environments
- Collaborate with parents, school staff, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes
- Manage scheduling and communication across multiple assignments efficiently
