Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year. This opportunity offers a supportive district environment with additional SLPs available for collaboration and mentorship. The selected candidate will work with a K–12 student caseload and have the opportunity for contract renewal based on performance and district fit.

Compensation & Benefits:
* $45-$55 per hour based on experience and qualifications

Position Details:
* K–12 caseload
* Collaborative district with multiple SLPs on staff
* Additional position details provided during the interview process

Key Responsibilities:
* Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students
* Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
* Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
* Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
* Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
* Monitor student outcomes and adjust therapy plans as needed
Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
* Active state SLP license (or ability to obtain)
* ASHA CCCs preferred
* Previous school-based experience preferred
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
