Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP certification
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Previous experience with pediatric populations, especially in a K-5 school environment
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills
- Comfortable working autonomously and adapting to different onsite school settings
- Ability to complete timely, high-quality remote report writing
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments for elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans across multiple school locations
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
- Manage documentation and write detailed reports remotely
