School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Fontana, California

This contract opportunity is available for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists eager to work onsite in the Victorville or Needles, CA area. You will collaborate with school teams to support students at the K-12 levels, helping facilitate their communication development for the upcoming school year.
Key Qualifications:
- Current, active California Speech-Language Pathology license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Valid CTC Clear Credential
- Minimum of one year of school-based experience preferred
- Strong collaborative skills for working within multidisciplinary educational teams
- Ability to travel as needed, including possible travel to Monument Peak (mileage reimbursed)
- No Clinical Fellows or virtual candidates considered
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, in-person speech and language therapy to students in K-12 (caseloads of approximately 55 students, with SLPA support)
- Evaluate students’ communication abilities and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff
- Maintain thorough documentation of services, assessments, and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to effective intervention planning
- Travel off-site as needed, with mileage reimbursement provided for extended trips
