Desired background and qualifications:
- Active, valid California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- CCC certification preferred; Clinical Fellows and SLPAs also considered (must have access to onsite SLP supervision)
- Experience in a school-based setting, with preference given to candidates familiar with CA schools and SEIS documentation
- Comfort working with mild to moderate caseloads; some assignments may include more intensive needs
- Willingness to travel between school sites as needed throughout the semester
Primary responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech-language intervention and assessment services to students
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Prepare and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Adapt to varying caseload sizes, depending on assignment and location
