Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Coachella, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship eligibility
- California licensure and Certificate of Clearance (COC) required
- Experience with school-based SLP services, particularly in PreK settings, highly valued
- Familiarity with SEIS and California Medicaid (Paradigm) documentation is an advantage
- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred, although monolingual candidates are welcome
- AAC device experience a plus
- Willingness to work itinerantly across locations if needed
- Comfortable working with students with mild to moderate, and some severe, communication needs
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to a diverse caseload
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support students’ use of AAC devices when indicated
- Document progress accurately and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Participate in district meetings, trainings, and professional development
