- Effective communication skills with students, families, and school staff
- Detail-oriented documentation and reporting abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language evaluations as requested by the school
- Provide direct therapy services to students identified with speech or language needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Accurately maintain student records and timely documentation
- Communicate assessment results, progress, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders
- Participate in meetings or consultations as needed to support student success
