Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Flora, MS

You’ll be working with diverse caseloads, addressing mild to moderate disabilities and supporting both general and special education students.
What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Mississippi SLP License required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred; CFY candidates welcome
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP services
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms
- Ability to manage K-12 caseloads, varied by age and need
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Experience with IEPs, evaluations, and direct therapy delivery
Your key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for students with communication needs
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to maximize student success
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation and progress reports
- Adapt and utilize teletherapy tools as needed for remote student services
