Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Mississippi teaching certificate with 215 endorsement
- Eligibility for or possession of the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Certification from the Mississippi Board of Examiners in Speech Pathology or eligibility preferred
- Membership in the Mississippi Speech and Hearing Association and the American Speech and Hearing Association preferred
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates; supervision is available as needed
- Experience with pediatric or school-age populations is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve a small, focused caseload of students (exact numbers to be determined), supporting communication and language development
- Deliver therapy sessions, evaluate student progress, and maintain IEP documentation
- Collaborate with current virtual SLP staff, teachers, and support personnel
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide recommendations for interventions
