- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to a caseload of 17 students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement IEPs
- Perform regular evaluations and assessments of student progress
- Document sessions and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with district and legal guidelines
- Offer recommendations and support for classroom strategies and accommodations
- Attend meetings, as needed, to discuss student progress and goals
