Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based team in Flanders, NJ for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time position working with a small, manageable PreK caseload of approximately 13 students.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to PreK students
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state guidelines
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active New Jersey SLP license
