Speech Language Pathologist in Fayetteville, NC

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellows considered
- Previous school-based SLP experience highly recommended
- Solid understanding of IEP process and therapy documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing onsite services (remote/virtual not available for this role)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and participate in eligibility determination
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely records of evaluations, sessions, and outcomes
- Engage in ongoing professional development and school activities as needed
