A contract opportunity is now open for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to work with K-12 students in a supportive and collaborative school environment near the Fayetteville area. This full-time role runs from late November through early June and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact with a diverse caseload.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active North Carolina Speech Language Pathologist license
  • Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, or Speech and Language Pathology
  • Open to Clinical Fellows (supervision provided if extended an offer)
  • Experience working with school-aged children (preferred)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech-language services to students in grades K-12
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
  • Support the school community with expert guidance on communication disorders

What You Can Expect: This assignment is full-time (35 hours/week) with guaranteed and scheduled hours. Candidates will receive a competitive hourly rate between $38 and $52, determined by experience and qualifications. Health, dental, and vision insurance plans are available, along with a 401k featuring generous company matching. Additional benefits include reimbursement for CEUs, credentialing support, and travel stipends for eligible applicants. Relocation reimbursements and housing/meal stipends are available for qualified candidates interested in travel contracts.
