Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Fayetteville, NC

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current, active North Carolina SLP license (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience providing therapy in a K-12 school setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to in-person (onsite) service—remote or VOCO models are not available for this assignment
Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders within a K-12 caseload
- Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families
- Document therapy sessions, maintain required records, and monitor student progress
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary teams and IEP meetings
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds and needs
