Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Falconer, NY

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completion of Clinical Fellowship (CFY) welcomed
- Recent experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy modalities is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for all students
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of services and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional recommendations
- Adapt therapy sessions for both in-person and teletherapy, as needed
