Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children in an educational environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs
- Conduct assessments, interpret results, and participate in eligibility and program planning meetings
- Document progress and maintain accurate, compliant records
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service professionals to support student success
- Provide consultation and training to staff on speech-language strategies
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs
