We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Fairfield, California. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals improve their communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Provide evidence-based therapy and monitor patient progress.
Collaborate with physicians, educators, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
Educate patients and families on treatment strategies and home exercise programs.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs may be encouraged to apply, depending on experience).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
