Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Benicia, CA
A full-time Speech Language Pathologist position is available for the 26/27 school year within a K-12 district located in Benicia, CA. This contract role offers an engaging opportunity to support students across a diverse age range with speech and language needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to develop and implement effective therapy strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting processes for students

Qualifications and Experience:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
- Eligible or certified as a Speech Language Pathologist-Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) accepted
- Demonstrated experience working with K-12 students in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and staff
- Ability to manage caseloads and organize schedules efficiently
