Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Norwood Young America, MN

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Active Minnesota SLP license in good standing
- ASHA CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) welcomed
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Familiarity with IEP processes and goal-setting for diverse needs
- Skilled in teletherapy is a plus, but position is strictly in-person
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language services to students between 1st and 11th grades, tailoring interventions for a wide variety of needs
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide guidance or mentorship for newer clinicians or Clinical Fellows if desired
This contract role runs from ASAP through May 29th, offering a stable schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. You’ll engage with a supportive team and have the opportunity to further your experience working with a broad age range in the school environment.
