Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state license to practice as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows warmly welcomed
- Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
- Experience or comfort with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with IEPs, documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student success
- Maintain up-to-date documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Offer support and guidance for students as they make progress towards communication goals
- Participate in team and IEP meetings as needed
