Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcome
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with elementary-age children
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the educational team
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and therapy outcomes
- Partner with teachers, parents, and staff to support students' educational growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support each child’s success
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education opportunities
