This position, running from August 31, 2026, through June 17, 2027, offers 40 hours per week of meaningful work with students in a life skills program. What We’re Looking For:

  • Current SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
  • Prior school-based SLP experience (preferred)
  • Experience with feeding and swallowing (safe eating)
  • Knowledge or experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
  • Flexibility to work at multiple sites and adapt to varied caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students within life skills programs
  • Support safe eating and feeding needs
  • Deliver AAC intervention and training to staff and students
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP development
