Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid speech-language pathology license or eligibility for licensure in Oregon

- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective, individualized therapy plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Conduct screenings and maintain accurate, timely progress records
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals
- Support students in both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting strategies as needed
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations for student success
