Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license for the state of Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) is preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Compassionate and adaptable approach, working effectively with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as necessary
- Provide guidance, resources, and support to students, families, and school staff
