What we're looking for:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible SLP-CCC credentials (will also consider Clinical Fellows)
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Experience (or genuine interest) working with school-aged children
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, positive learning environments
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting evaluations, screenings, and assessments to determine individualized student needs
- Developing and implementing effective treatment plans
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Maintaining accurate records and complying with state and federal requirements
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to student progress reviews
