Ideal candidates will possess:
- Active SLP licensure and credentialing (SLP-CCC preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome and strongly encouraged to apply)
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is advantageous
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, therapists, and caregivers
- Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment for every student
In this role, you’ll:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and relevant school activities
